Cancellation and Refund Policy

This cancellation and refund policy applies to all services provided by AIWS ACCOUNTECH brand of ALL IS WELL ACCOUNTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, a consultant company that provides income-tax consultancy, auditing, business formation consultancy, chartered accounting services, NGO/Trust support, financial planning, and investment advisory. Accounting, Company Registration, GST Compliance, Company Secretarial, Tax Planning, and Investment Advisory.

Cancellation

You may cancel your contract with AIWS ACCOUNTECH brand of ALL IS WELL ACCOUNTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED at any time by providing written notice. If you cancel your contract before any services have been rendered, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your contract after services have been rendered, you will be charged for the services that have already been provided. You will also be charged a cancellation fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the remaining value of the contract. The cancellation fee will vary depending on the type of services that have been rendered and the amount of time that remains in the contract.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your written cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Exceptions

The following services are not refundable:

Services that have been completed in full

Services that have been started but not completed due to circumstances beyond the control of AIWS ACCOUNTECH brand of ALL IS WELL ACCOUNTING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

Services that have been cancelled due to non-payment

Example

If you have a contract with AIWS for income-tax consultancy and you cancel your contract before any services have been rendered, you will receive a full refund.

If you have a contract with AIWS for accounting services and you cancel your contract after two months of services have been rendered, you will be charged for the two months of services that have been provided. You will also be charged a cancellation fee, which is calculated as a percentage of the remaining value of the contract.

If you have a contract with AIWS for business formation consultancy and you cancel your contract after AIWS has filed your company registration documents with the government, you will be charged for the services that have already been provided and you will not be eligible for a refund.
